Are you in search of a good church to worship your lord God? Are you longing for a wonderful ministry? Are you searching a powerful church to repent your sins and to become holy?  Don’t search anymore. God has already gave us an open statement in the 1 Corinthians 3:16 “Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and the Spirit of God lives in you? “

Our body, soul and mind belong to Jesus. We all together are different parts of the one body who is Jesus. Dear brothers and sisters, seek God in our solitude and you will find your purpose. Practice the presence of god and you will rejoice.

Everything goes on the word of god, same way God initiated and made people together in a particular place to fulfill his purpose, to listen to the good news. Church is a place where the believers of god congregated for heavenly purpose to adore and to rejoice in the presence of God. Church creates the companionship among the people. It reflects the harmony comes from God and it does symbolize that we are different parts of the one body of Jesus Christ.

Recently Archaeologist discovered a church which belongs to 33AD to 70 AD and they quoted lots of evidence to believe that this would be the first church in the world and protected the ancient Christians. The name of the church is St. Georgeous Church located in Rihab, Mafraq. During the persecution in Jerusalem, 70 disciples of Jesus Christ sheltered in that church in order to escape. The Archaeologist got strong confirmations such as mosaic inscription, apse (circle shaped area) and stone seats of the priests. They found pottery items of 3rd to 7th century in that church.

First Christians had been lived here since they found the altar is very near to the living area and only a wall detaches the Altar from the living place. It was believed that Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ have passed through this area. Archaeologists highlighted the information to the Mafraq Government and appropriate actions have been taken to promote this as the foremost tourist attraction in the near future.
